She has worked in a wide range of industries from oil and gas, multi-national retail, health care, utilities, to the not-for profit sector in both Canada and the US and with all levels of the organization, from front-line supervisors to senior executives. As an entrepreneur, Marni co-owned Canada’s leading mountaineering school for 7 years and managed an international program with over 20 employees.
